Class may be back in session but it doesn’t mean we have to miss out on our favorite part of a summer camping trip. National S’mores Day calls for new creative ways to enjoy the classic campfire snack on any school night. No need to hike too far for this recipe, you can bring the flavor and the magic of a fireside roast right to your kitchen. Filled with three different kinds of chocolate, this s’mores dip is made for maximum enjoyment – and don’t hold back on the graham crackers either!
- 1 milk chocolate bar
- 1 1/2 dark chocolate bars
- 1 white chocolate bar
- 6 tbsp half-and-half
- Graham Crackers
In three small bowls, combine one of each chocolate bar with 2 tbsp of half-and-half. Microwave the chocolates intermittently until fully melted.
Pour each bowl of chocolate into a cast iron pan and swirl together with a spoon.
Add a layer of marshmallows on top of the chocolate until they fill the pan.
Bake at 400ºF for 2-4 minutes, then top with remaining melted dark chocolate.
Dip with graham crackers or dunk in a strawberry and enjoy!
