Pumpkin Spice Martini
2 oz Titos® vodka
1 oz pumpkin spice creamer
1 oz iced coffee
1 cup pepitas
¼ cups sugar
¼ tsp kosher salt
1. Make candied pepitas:
1. Toast the pepitas in a large skillet over med-high until light brown and fragrant.
2. Stir pepitas frequently and transfer to a plate to cool.
3. In the same skillet, melt sugar without stirring.
4. When sugar is an amber color, turn off the heat. Add pepitas and sea salt, stir to combine, and spread them out on
parchment to cool.
2. Add vodka, iced coffee, and pumpkin spice creamer together.
3. Shake with ice in the cocktail shaker and strain into the martini glass.
4. Garnish with candied pepitas.
