From the Shipt Kitchen: Quaker Oats Bites

The school year is right around the corner, which means early mornings and busy days that need a strong start. As we rush to catch the bus or zip off to work, it can be hard to make time for a protein-packed meal in the early morning hours. Our favorite breakfast energy bites – made with delicious Quaker Oats, peanut butter and coconut flakes – are the perfect on-the-go breakfast that will get you ready to take on the day. Just grab, pack and go!

1 cup Quaker Oats Whole Grain Old Fashioned Oats
2/3 cup toasted coconut flakes
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup ground flax seeds
1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp vanilla extract

Stir all ingredients together in a medium bowl until thoroughly mixed. Cover and let chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Once chilled, roll into 1-inch balls and refrigerate for another hour. Store in an airtight container and keep refrigerated for up to 1 week. Enjoy!
