From the Shipt Kitchen: Thanksgiving Bites

The holidays have finally arrived and with them comes the excitement of great holiday parties! This year, skip the serving utensils and delight your guests with these fun spins on traditional Thanksgiving dishes. These treats are small but mighty, full of all the flavor of a delicious pumpkin pie and a savory Thanksgiving stuffing packed in a bite-sized snack.

Thanksgiving Bites


Stuffing Muffins

  • 1 box Stove Top Stuffing Mix
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted

Mini Pumpkin Pies

  • 1 can pumpkin puree
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tube pie crust
  • Cool Whip, to taste

Stuffing Muffins

  1. In a small pot, bring water to a boil. Then mix together the Stove Top Stuffing Mix, butter and water until doughy.
  2. Spray a large muffin tin with non-stick spray and scoop the stuffing into the tins with a spoon.
  3. Bake at 350ºF for 20 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool and dig in!

Mini Pumpkin Pies

  1. In a bowl, mix together pumpkin puree, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, pumpkin pie spice and vanilla extract.
  2. On a cutting board, unroll your pie crust and cut large circles out of the dough using a cookie cutter.
  3. Spray a large muffin tin with non-stick spray and place the pie crust cut-outs into the cups of the tin. Gently press the dough into the sides of the muffin tin walls to form the crust.
  4. With a spoon, evenly distribute the pumpkin puree mixture into the molds. Bake at 375ºF for 25 minutes.
  5. Allow your pies to cool, then top them with Cool Whip and enjoy!
