  • 2 stalks of celery
  • 1 apple, sliced into semi-circles
  • 1 cucumber, sliced into coins
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup grape tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup strawberries, quartered
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup cashews
  • Candy eyes, optional
Directions
  1. Slice celery stalks into 4-inch long pieces.
  2. Sweet snails:
    • Spread peanut butter along one celery stick to fill the inside.
    • Place one apple slice into the peanut butter vertically to create the snail’s shell, then place a cashew into one end to create the snail’s head.
  3. Savory snails:
    • Spread cream cheese along one celery stick to fill the inside.
    • Place one cucumber coin into cream cheese vertically to create the snail’s shell, then place a cashew into one end to create the snail’s head.
  4. Sweet caterpillars:
    • Spread peanut butter along one celery stick to fill the inside.
    • Line peanut butter with blueberries (about 4-5). Place a quarter-slice of strawberry into the end to create the caterpillar’s head.
  5. Savory caterpillar:
    • Spread cream along one celery stick to fill the inside.
    • Line cream cheese with grape tomatoes (about 3-4).
    • Optional: To add personality, attach candy eyes with peanut butter/cream cheese to the heads of each critter.

Penguin Sandwiches

Ingredients
  • 2 slices of wheat bread
  • 1 slice of white bread
  • 3 slices of Oscar Mayer Turkey
  • 1 slice of provolone cheese
  • 1 carrot
  • Candy eyes, optional
Directions
  1. Layer turkey and provolone onto one slice of wheat bread.
  2. Using a medium circle cutter, cut a circle into the slice of wheat bread with provolone and turkey.
  3. Using the same circle cutter, cut a medium size circle out of the second slice of wheat bread, then use a small circle cutter to create a crescent shape in the bread.
  4. With the same small circle cutter, cut a circle into the single slice of white bread, and swap it into the “hole” of the wheat bread crescent to create the penguin’s belly.
  5. Layer the wheat/white bread on top of the provolone, turkey and wheat bread.
  6. Chop carrot into small triangle pieces and place above the belly to create the beak.
  7. Optional: Add candy eyes above the beak to bring the penguin to life.
