Stay at Home with One-Pan Fajitas

Nothing says comfort food like a warm meal to combat the freezing cold of winter. This week, we’re putting a one-pan spin on a classic with these easy-to-make fajitas! Made in less than thirty minutes, you’ll ditch hours of prep and cleanup so you can get back to the things that matter most - like shoveling the driveway or hiding from the polar vortex. Whether you prefer steak, chicken or a hearty veggie mix, with one pan you can get it all. Bonus: Fajitas are perfect for busy weeknight meal prep – simply wrap the leftovers in a tortilla or use on top of a salad for lunch the next day!
