It’s almost time for the Super Bowl, and that means fun, friends, and, most importantly, FOOD! This time of year is bittersweet for football fans because our season is nearly over, but game-day parties are a great way to end the season with a bang. And it’s the perfect excuse to flex those entertaining skills. To kick off the party, we’re hosting a “virtual potluck” with you and a few of our favorite lifestyle bloggers and food enthusiasts in Atlanta!

SPICY BUFFALO CAULIFLOWER BITES WITH PEANUTS & GREEN ONIONS
I always get a kick out of cooking for Super Bowl Sunday; it’s the perfect way to indulge with family and friends and settle in for the big game (and all of the great commercials, duh).
With all that being said, I’ve found that Super Bowl Sunday can be hard for most vegetarians. There just aren’t as many drool-worthy options sans the meats! And being a vegetarian for years, I know the struggle is definitely real. That’s where my Spicy Buffalo Cauliflower Bites come to play.
While vegetarian, yes, believe me when I say both vegetarians and carnivores alike will love this dish. It’s super easy, but honestly, with running around like crazy this month, I’ve had a hard time getting to the grocery store. Enter Shipt, which has been a complete lifesaver. How To Make It:
Toss in buffalo sauce (my favorite is Wing Time Buffalo Wing Sauce), “fry” in an air fryer until lightly browned, top with peanuts and green onions, and finally dip in ranch or blue cheese for that all-in-one crunchy, creamy spicy bite!

Juicy Beef Kabobs
With a billion things to plan for a party, who wants the stress of shopping? I know I don’t, so let’s skip it and just Shipt it! 1-1/4 cups olive oil
1-1/4 cups soy sauce
1-1/4 cups apple cider vinegar
1-1/4 cups brown sugar
1-3/4 cups black pepper
1-1/4 Tablespoons marjoram
1-1/4 Tablespoons Herbes de Provence
Cayenne pepper – optional
10 lbs. beef cubes or stew meat
10 medium onions chopped in 4
Add any other veggies you like – bell peppers, mushrooms, etc.
60 metal or wooden skewers
How To Make It:
Mix the marinade ingredients together in a bowl and add the meat. Cover and chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes, preferably several hours or even overnight.
Preheat your oven to 450ºf. Cut veggies into chunks roughly the width of the beef pieces. Be sure not to poke yourself, thread the meat and vegetables onto skewers. Keep a little space between the pieces, this will allow them to bake more evenly. Brush the kebabs with some of the remaining marinade. (Sprinkle or lightly dust our kebabs with cayenne pepper – optional.)
Place meat on a foil-lined baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes, depending on how well done you would like your meat, turning occasionally. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Serve with sides of your choice.
*If you prefer to grill them, soak the skewers in water overnight. This will help keep them from completely burning up on the grill.*

LOADED FRENCH FRY NACHOS
Getting ready for Super Bowl parties has never been easier, and more delicious, than today’s recipe for loaded french fry nachos. All the ingredients can be ordered through Shipt and delivered right to your door. So when Sunday rolls around, all you have to do is slice up a few things, pop it all in the oven, and eat!
These cheesy fry-loving nachos combine two football fan favorites…potato skins and nachos. Bonus! You can make them for any size crowd — big or small!
Here’s the recipe…
1 bag of waffle-cut french fries
1 bag shredded mozzarella cheese
yellow and red peppers (1 of each)
2 slices cooked bacon, chopped into small pieces
sour cream (to taste)
hot sauce (to taste)
How To Make It:
Preheat oven to 400ºf and cook waffle-cut french fries according to instructions on the package (10-15 minutes depending on quantity of fries).
Add shredded cheese and bake into the oven for 5-10 minutes. Remove from oven, add sour cream, bacon, green onions, peppers, and hot sauce. And they’re ready to serve!
