Ingredients

Blackberry Dyed Pie Crust

  • Blackberry Pie
  • Premade Pie Crust
  • 6-8 tbsp Blackberry Juice

Flowered Peaches

  • Peach Pie
  • 3 Peaches

Potato Topper

  • Chicken Pot Pie
  • Premade Pie Crust
  • 1 Sweet Potato
  • 1 Purple Potato
  • 1 Russet Potato
  • Parmesan cheese

Swirly Pie Top 

  • Apple Pie
  • Premade Pie Crust

Directions

Blackberry Dyed Pie Crust

  1. Cut premade pie crust into two and place each half in a small bowl.  
  2. Pour blackberry juice into bowl and use hands to work into dough until liquid is absorbed. 
  3. Freeze the blackberry and non-dyed pie crusts for 30 minutes. 
  4. Flatten blackberry-infused dough using roller, then cut dough into about 1-2 inch wide strips using a pastry or pizza cutter (or knife). 
  5. Repeat process for the other half of non-dyed premade pie crust. 
  6. Place the strips on the top of blackberry pie, weaving the two colors of crust together in a lattice pattern. 
  7. Bake pie as desired and enjoy! 

Flowered Peaches

  1. Cut peaches into fine slivers using knife. 
  2. Arrange slices on top of peach pie, cut side down, working from the outer edge inwards and fitting each slice snuggly against the row preceding it. 
  3. Once everything is filled but the center inch, tightly roll a few slices together into a spiral and fit gently into the center. 
  4. Back pie as desired and enjoy! 

Potato Topper

  1. Cut sweet, purple, and russet potatoes into fine slices using knife. 
  2. Arrange slices on top of chicken pot pie, alternating the type of potato used in each layer. 
  3. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese, then bake pie as desired and enjoy! 

Swirly Pie Top 

  1. Flatten premade pie crust using roller, then cut dough into about 1 inch wide strips using a pizza cutter or knife. 
  2. Using hands, take each strip of dough and roll into small strings. 
  3. Starting from one side, arrange strings on top of Apple pie to create a nonlinear design. 
  4. Bake pie as desired and enjoy!
