Wicked Caramel Apples

4 large apples

2 cups of brown sugar

1 cup of corn syrup

1 can of sweetened condensed milk

1 tsp of kosher salt

1 tsp of vanilla

Red food coloring

Peanuts, crushed

Popsicle sticks

Mummy Wrapped Finger Food

Unroll tube of Pillsbury Crescent Roll and cut evenly into four rectangles, then cut each rectangle lengthwise into 10 even pieces.

Wrap four pieces of dough around each hot dog and asparagus and place on a baking sheet.

Bake at 375° for 15 minutes or until dough is golden brown.

Bring to life with googly eyes or BBQ sauce and mayonnaise to add “eyes” on hot dogs and asparagus, and enjoy!

Wicked Caramel Apples

Using a knife slice apples into three even pieces, then cut a slit at the bottom of each slice and insert popsicle stick.

In a medium pot, add butter and stir until melted, then combine brown sugar, corn syrup, condensed milk, salt, vanilla and red food coloring.

Bring mixture to simmer, then dip apples into sauce.

Top with peanuts and refrigerate for at least one hour, and enjoy!
