Each year, our Master Distiller partners with fellow family-owned seed company, Beck's Hybrids, to hand-select a unique corn seed varietal. This seed varietal changes each year and is selected to best grow in Central Kentucky. The Heaven Hill Grain to Glass Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey features a mashbill with higher secondary grain content than our traditional Bourbon mashbill. The distillate has been aged over six years at our Cox's Creek rickhouse site, non-chill filtered and bottled 107 proof.
