Our Extra Strawberry Jam is made from Sengana and Mara des Bois strawberries. These strawberry varieties have been chosen for their fresh and unique flavor. The fruits are picked when fully ripe and are then hulled and cooked by master jam makers using a copper cauldron pot. The artisanal techniques and authentic recipe guarantee a sweet and tasty creation.
