American Flatbread Tomato & Cheese Frusta

Cook thoroughly. Keep frozen. This product must be cooked to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F prior to eating. Refrigerate any unused heated portion. Conventional Oven (Preferred Method): Preheat your oven to 425 degrees F. Allow frusta to thaw for approximately 20 minutes. Remove from plastic and discard microwave sleeve. Place frusta directly on the oven rack for crispy crust or on a sheet pan for softer crust. Bake for 12-14 minutes or until cheese bubbles. Oven temperatures may vary so cooking time may need to be adjusted. Product will be hot. Microwave: Remove plastic. Slide the frusta in to the sleeve. Place in the center of the microwave on a microwave safe plate. Cooking time on high (1300 watt oven): 2 minutes. Let it sit for 2 minutes to complete cooking. Keep frozen.
