FlapJacked Banana Hazelnut Protein Pancake Mix

Pancakes: Whisk 1 cup mix (2 serving) with 2/3 cup cold water until well blended. Let sit for 3 minutes while griddle warms up. (Batter thickens as it sits.) Heat griddle to low heat (285-295 degrees F). Pour batter into 3-4 four inch pancakes on lightly greased, pre-heated griddle. Cook until no more bubbles are forming in the center and edges look dry. (About 3 minutes.) Flip and cook until golden brown. For Thinner Pancakes: Add 1-2 tbsp of water until desired consistency is reached. Make it Your Own: Add chocolate chips, fruit, nuts or Whatever you like to make it your own. What More Protein?: For 25 g Protein: Reduce water by 2 tbsp and add 1 large egg - or - For 34 g Protein: Replace water with fat free milk, reducing liquid by 2 tbsp and add 1 large egg.
