Previously handled frozen for your protection. Refreeze or keep refrigerated. Thaw product prior to cooking. Sausage Is fully cooked when Internal temperature is 160 degrees F Skillet: In a nonstick skillet combine 1/2 cup water, 1 tablespoon oil and sausage. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium and cover skillet Simmer for 12 minutes, turning once. Uncover; cook for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown, turning often. Grill: Coat the grill rack with nonstick cooking spray. Pre-heat grill to medium-low heat. Grill covered for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through turning links often. Storage: To ensure quality, refrigerate and prepare within 3 days; otherwise, freeze up to 30 days. Safe Handling: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry.
