Perishable - Keep refrigerated. Directions for Use: Add 12 oz. of Pearson quick cooking Blackeye Peas to 3 cups unsalted boiling water in an uncovered saucepan. Allow the water to re-boil. Reduce heat and then cook at a gentle boil for 8 to 12 minutes or until tender. Drain water and enjoy!
