Keep frozen. Easy to Prepare: Defrost salmon in sealed pouch overnight in the refrigerator, or in cold water for 30 minutes. Once thawed, do not refreeze. In the pan or on the grill: Remove plastic pouch. Light brush or spray salmon with oil. Place fillet in pan and saute 4 to 6 min. each side on medium heat. On a grill, place 3 to 5 inches from heat skin down. Cook 3 to 6 min. each side. Salmon easily flake when down. Cooking may vary due to thickness. Flavor with lemon, favorite sauces, or garlic and enjoy. In the microwave: Vent by cutting small hoes on one side of pouch. Place on plate with holes facing up. Cook on high for 4 min. Let cool 2 min. before serving. Keep frozen until used, thaw under refrigeration immediately before use. Intended use: cooked.
