Pillsbury Gluten Free Chocolate Fudge Mix

All You Need (Ensure all recipe ingredients are gluten free by referencing the ingredient labels, as products may vary. If uncertain, contact the ingredient manufacturer): 1/3 cup oil; 3 tablespoons water; 1 egg. Baking Instructions: 1. Set oven to 350 degrees F for metal or glass pan. For dark coated pan, set oven to 325 degrees F. Coat bottom of 8 x 8 or 9 x 9-inch pan with gluten-free no-stick cooking spray. 2. Combine brownie mix, oil, water and egg in large bowl; stir 50 strokes with spoon. Spread into prepared pan. 3. Bake at 350 degrees for metal or glass pan. For dark coated pan, bake at 325 degrees F. For 8 x 8-inch pan, 31 to 34 minutes. For 9 x 9-inch pan, 28 to 31 minutes. Cut and serve when completely cooled. Store loosely covered. Double Batch: Coat bottom of 13 x 9-inch baking pan. Combine 2 packages brownie mix, 2/3 cup oil, 1/3 cup water and 2 eggs; mix as directed above. Bake at 350 degrees F for 31 to 34 minutes.
