Pre-cooked. Keep frozen. Cooking Directions: Microwave: Cut a small slit in film on top of package. Place package on microwave safe plate. Microwave for about 7 minutes (Cooking times may vary) on high setting, turning package 90 degrees after 3 minutes. Remove from microwave and peel off plastic film, using extreme care to avoid being burned. Stir product and serve. Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Cut slit in middle of film. Place tray on cookie sheet. Cook for 40-50 minutes (Cooking times may vary) and serve. Enjoy a 3-way, 4-way, or 5-way: Heat Skyline Chili per instructions. To make a 3-way, spread three ounces of shredded Skyline mild cheddar cheese evenly over chili spaghetti. 4-way - Add two teaspoons of onions and then cheese. 5-way - Add two teaspoons of cooked red beans with onions and cheese.
