Smithfield Bone-In Smoked Pork Chops

Keep refrigerated. Refer to back of package for heating instructions. Remove smoked pork chops from package and discard packaging including absorber pouch. Heating Instructions Pan Fry Spray skillet with cooking spray and place over medium heat. Cook pork chops 6 to 8 minutes or until heated through, turning once halfway through cooking time. Grill Grill pork chops over mediumhigh heat for 10 to 14 minutes or until heated through, turning once halfway through cooking. Microwave Place pork chops in microwavesafe dish cover with wax paper. Microwave on high for 2 minutes per chop or until heated through. If desired, cut slits around edges of chops to prevent curling. Time and temperature may vary depending on equipment.
