Smithfield Bone-In Smoked Pork Chops

Keep refrigerated. Refer to back of package for heating instructions. Remove smoked pork chops from package and discard packaging including absorber pouch. Heating Instructions: Pan Fry: Spray skillet with cooking spray and place over medium heat. Cook pork chops 6 to 8 minutes or until heated through, turning once halfway through cooking time. Grill: Grill pork chops over medium-high heat for 10 to 14 minutes or until heated through, turning once halfway through cooking. Microwave: Place pork chops in microwave-safe dish; cover with wax paper. Microwave on high for 2 minutes per chop or until heated through. (If desired, cut slits around edges of chops to prevent curling). Time and temperature may vary depending on equipment.
