Thinkthin Protein Fiber Hot Oatmeal

Microwave Directions (Recommended): 1. Empty contents into a large microwave safe bowl 2. Stir in 2/3 cup of cold water. Or use empty packet as a measuring cup. 3. Microwave on high for 75-90 seconds. 4. Stir well and let cool to taste. Grains will continue to soften. Enjoy! Caution: Bowl and contents may be hot! Do not put hot water into empty packet. Microwaves vary in power, so cook time may need adjustment. Hot Water Directions: 1. Empty packet into bowl. 2. Add 1/2 cup boiling water to bowl. 3. Stir well. Cover. Let stand covered for 5 minutes. Enjoy! Note: Adjust water for desired thickness. For softer grains, cover and let stand for additional minutes. Consume within two hours of preparation. Store in a cool dry place.
