- Brew tasty coffee! Whether you're making an espresso, a cup of drip coffee, steeping cold brew or anything in between, there are lots of variables that can change the result in your cup – grinder type, water quality, coffee to water ratio, and more. For brewed coffee recommend starting with a 1 gram of coffee to 16 grams of water (if measuring by weight) or 1 tablespoon of coffee to 4 ounces of water (if measuring by volume), and then playing around with variables & parameters, adjusting one at a time, to get your coffee tasting just how you like it.
