Cover with very hot tap water. Stir to separate. Soak noodles for 25-30 minutes. Do not over soak. 3. Drain noodles. 4. Stir-fry noodles with your favorite ingredients until firm yet tender (al dente) and heated through, about 4-6 minutes. Enjoy! As Pasta:1. Add noodles to 4 quarts salted boiling water.
