Cast iron grill Ribber, size: 20 in x 9 in.Season before use to develop a durable non-stick coating: WASH Brush all over (inside, outside and handle) with a high smoke point oil (such as canola oil). Wipe off excess oil with paper towel. Place in hot hot (350F) oven for 30 minutes. Remove and allow to cool to the touch. Repeat these steps 3 or 4 times until a smooth, dark coating develops. Re-season regularly, or whenever seasoning wears away. Do not place hot skillet on any surface that could be damaged by heat. Use a pad or trivet.Handwash only. Avoid using harsh abrasive cleaners and steel brushes and pads to clean. Clean with nylon pad or scourer and dry thoroughly. Caution - may become extremely hot. Always use BBQ gloves or oven gloves when handling.
Wash and dry thoroughly before first use.
