COVID-19 financial assistance

To help our shopper community feel secure, we’re providing up to 5 days of financial assistance to any active shopper who cannot work due to:

  1. A positive diagnosis of COVID-19 from a medical professional.
  2. A positive (or presumptive positive) test for COVID-19 administered by a public health authority, medical professional, or test lab.
  3. A mandatory individual quarantine order related to the COVID-19 outbreak by a public health authority.
  4. A member of the shopper’s household received a positive diagnosis or tested positive for COVID-19.
