Alrex contains an ester corticosteroid that specifically targets inflammation, the source of signs and symptoms of seasonal allergic conjunctivitis. Common signs and symptoms are associated with inflamed seasonal allergic conjunctivitis such as: itching, swelling, tearing, burning, redness, foreign-body sensation and discomfort.
