Michel and six Bordelais friends founded Clos de los Siete, vineyard of the seven, at the foot of the Andes Mountains in the Uco Valley. Intrigued by its unique combination of high altitude, well-drained soils, optimal aspect and dry climate, Michel was certain this land would be ideal for growing a variety of Bordeaux grapes, particularly Malbec. Today we celebrate over 20 years since Michel planting his first vines in the Uco Valley and over 20 years of 90+ scores.
