In order to clean your lenses, place at least 3 drops of the solution on each side of the lens surface. Next, gently rub your contact lens separately for 20 seconds. Rinse each side of the lens for five more seconds using the solution. -- After applying the cleaning solution, place the newly cleaned contact lens in your lens case and fill it with fresh solution.
