This swelling can be caused by surgery, infection, trauma, or other eye conditions. -- This medicine should only be used after talking to a doctor or pharmacist if you have any medical conditions or allergies. -- To apply the ointment: -- Tilt your head back and pull down the lower eyelid to create a pocket. Squeeze a ribbon of the ointment from the tube into this pocket. Blink your eye gently. Keep it closed for 1-2 minutes. Make sure to wipe excess ointment from the eye area with a clean tissue.
