Microwave on high for 3-4 minutes (Due to differences in microwave ovens, heating times may vary) or until tender. Remove plate from microwave. Open bag carefully, as the vegetables will be very hot and the bag may steam. Microwave in Dish: Remove vegetables from bag and place in microwave safe dish. Add two tablespoons of water and your favorite seasonings. Cover and microwave on high for 3-4 minutes (Due to differences in microwave ovens, heating times may vary). To Freeze: Blanch or steam lightly. Place vegetables in an airtight container and cool in freezer. Once frozen, use within one month. Serving Suggestions: Place cauliflower in a baking dish, toss with olive oil and a pinch of ground nutmeg and salt. Cook the florets uncovered in a 450 degree oven for 30 minutes or until slightly brown and tender.
