HOW TO USE:Assemble your pizza stone set on the grill pre-heat with low heat. If using an oven, place your pizza stone with stand on oven rack and pre-heat in oven for 15min at 230°C.WARNING: Do not place cold stone into hot BBQ or oven, as the stone will crack. The stone must warm gradually.Once the stone has pre-heated, open the BBQ hood and place your pizza on the hot stone.Bake your pizza for approximately 20-30 minutes at 200°C or until the crust is golden.Use oven gloves when handling the hot stone to avoid accidental burns.Do not cut directly on the pizza stones.Handwash only, not suitable for the microwave.Do not use soap as the stone's surface is porous.Cool down the pizza stone to wash.Then usea clean dry cloth to wipe.You will notice your stone will darken in colour with use;this is normal and will not affect the performance of the pizza stone.
