Apple Streusel Cake: Topping: 2-1/2 cups First Street Apple Whirls Cereal; 1 tbsp First Street all-purpose flour; 1/4 tsp First Street cinnamon; 1/2 cup firmly packed First Street brown sugar; 1/4 cup First Street margarine, melted. Cake: 18-1/4 oz First Street yellow cake mix; 1/2 tsp First Street cinnamon; 21 oz First Street apple pie filling; 2/3 cup water; 2 tbsp First Street margarine, melted; 3 First Street eggs. Preparation: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Topping: Place cereal in a plastic bag and crush with a rolling pin. In mixing bowl; thoroughly combine crushed cereal, flour, cinnamon, brown sugar and melted margarine; set aside. Cake: In a large mixing bowl, combine cake mix and cinnamon. Add water, melted margarine and eggs. Blend 30 seconds on low speed until moistened. Mix 2 minutes on medium speed until well blended. Add pie filling and fold in with spatula. Spread cake batter into a greased 9 x 13 in cake pan. Sprinkle topping on cake batter. Bake 40-45 minutes or until tester inserted in cake comes out clean.
