Slow Cooker: Place roast in slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours and until meat reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees F. Ovens and slow cookers will vary. Always use a digital cooking thermometer inserted into the thickest portion of the meat, to test for doneness. Keep refrigerated.
