Stacey McCleary is, was, and will always be a childrens author. It has been this way ever since she faked illnesses during elementary school to stay home and write stories on her enormous yellow typewriter. When Stacey is not writing in her pajamas, shes daydreaming about what she will write next in her pajamas. She lives in Melbourne, Australia, with her daughter, Tess, a dog named Josh, two guinea pigs big mistakeHUGE, and a goldfish named Rod Stewart. Carmen Saldana lives in Gijon, a rainy little city in the north of Spain. After studying Arts, she began her career as a graphic designer in advertising agencies before becoming a freelance illustrator focusing on childrens books  the field she enjoys the most. Carmen loves furry animals, birds, bugs, and everything related to nature, which is her main source of inspiration. She is also the illustrator of The Only Way is Badger and Bug Bear for Tiger Tales.
