Keep refrigerated. Warming: Do not use tray in the oven. Microwave (Recommended): Remove outer sleeve from tray. Leave inner pouch in tray. Puncture inner pouch. Place in microwave oven. Heat on High for 2 to 3 minutes or until the product is hot and ready to serve. Cooking times vary with microwave wattage, stated time is for a 1000 watt oven, adjust cooking time accordingly. Open pouch and empty product into your serving dish. Caution tray, pouch and product will be hot. Oven: (Do not use tray in the oven) Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F. Remove outer sleeve and tray. Open inner pouch and empty product into your oven-safe pan. Cover your pan with foil. Place your pan in the oven and heat for 12 to 15 minutes or until the product is hot & ready to serve. Caution your pan and product will be hot. Frozen: Product may be frozen. To defrost place in the refrigerator for at least 12 hours. Then following warming instructions above. Use product within 3 days of defrost.
