Although it has the same flavor profile as its sister Fixin’s, it’s been sieved to create a smooth, velvety sauce that makes for the ultimate batch of enchiladas! The Love Behind the ChiliA family-owned company, John and Diana Anderson, fell in love over a bowl of chili. After nearly a decade on the chili trail to develop our unique recipes, our search LED us back to the inception of chili.
