J.R. Watkins Chili Seasoning

Prep Time: 5 minutes. Cook Time: 15 minutes. Makes 4 servings. Ingredients Needed: 1 lb lean ground beef, turkey or chicken; 1 package of Watkins Gourmet Seasoning; 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes, not drained; 1 can (15 to 16 oz) kidney beans, not drained; assorted toppings. Cooking Instructions: 1. Brown meat in large skillet on medium-high heat. Drain fat. 2. Stir in gourmet seasoning, diced tomatoes and beans. Bring to boil; cover. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve with assorted toppings, if desired. Quick tips! Sprinkle on potatoes, baked beans, use on pork chops or anywhere a slight amount of heat is desired.
