Use the KATELLE Cooling Gel Ice Pack & Wrap to soothe minor aches and pains. Use warm, chilled, or frozen.
How to use COLD: Place in the fridge or freezer until desired temperature is reached. CHILL IN FREEZER: Place in freezer for one hour. Wrap in a clean cloth. Use externally only. HOW TO USE WARM: Read all instructions prior to using with heat. HEAT IN MICROWAVE: Place Gel Ice Pack in microwave. If frozen, heat for 60 seconds. If room temp, heat for 30 seconds. Carefully remove from microwave. If more heat is needed, continue to heat in 10-second intervals. Wrap in a clean cloth. Use externally only. HEAT IN HOT WATER: Bring a pot of water to a boil and remove from heat. Gentrly immerse in the water using a wooden or silicone cooking utensil. Keep in water for 4 minutes. Use caution to remove from water and check temperature. If more heat is needed, continue to heat in 1-minute intervals. Wrap in a clean cloth. Use externally only.
