Soothing. Flexible. Reusable. TO COOL: Store in the fridge or freezer until wrap reaches desired temperature. Wrap with a cloth before use if product is too cold. Product will remain cold for approximately an hour. TO HEAT: 1. Wrap a room-temperature pack in a moist cloth or paper towel and place in the microwave. Do not allow sides to touch the microwave. 2. Carefully monitor. Begin heating gel pack at 800w for 30 seconds. 3. Assess temperature. Before heating again, check edges as they can become warmer quickly. Carefully knead pack to distribute heat evenly. 4. If more heat is still needed, flip gel pack over and microwave in 15 second intervals until desired temperature is achieved. 5.
