With head held upright, insert spray nozzle into nostril. Adults, depress pump completely 2-3 times. For children (5 years of age and older), depress pump completely 1 time. Sniff deeply. Repeat up to 3 times daily. Wipe nozzle clean after each use.Use only as directed. WARNING:Do not put into eyes, mouth, or ears. If irritation occurs, discontinue use and consult your physician.
