Separately fry or bake 2 breaded chicken breasts and when cooked, serve with the Katsu Curry Sauce and steamed rice. Alternatively, cook 400g of diced chicken in a frying pan with the sauce until cooked through. Make it vegan by adding 300-400g of diced soya protein pieces and the sauce to the pan. Heat over medium heat until simmering and the pieces are piping hot. Serve with Basmati or Pilau rice.
