Connects 1/2 inch PVC pipe to 5/8 inch supply tubing or dripline. Solvent weld to pipe for a watertight connection. Tough compression ring holds tubing in place. Insert PVC pipe into 1/2 inch opening; insert 5/8 inch distribution tubing or dripline into the compression ring, where an internal barb will compress the tube to hold it in place. Works in a variety of areas, from small to large, flat or sloped, to connect PVC pipe to distribution tubing or dripline. Fitting is made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS), a type of plastic, treated with UV inhibitors to prevent cracking. Transition from 1/2 inch PVC pipe to 5/8 inch distribution tubing or dripline. Comes with three 5/8 inch X 1/2 inch Slip PVC Compression Adapters, compression ring is color-coded for easy identification. Works with Raindrip products and other products with compatible connection type.
