After you’ve signed up for a membership, open the Shipt app on your phone or desktop. Select from a list of local stores you’d like to shop from, then pick your items, choose a payment option, set a delivery time, and place your order.

Shipt prices will vary slightly from in-store prices to help cover the costs of picking, packing, and processing. For example, a loaf of Wonderbread costs $2.29 in the store and $2.59 when you purchase it through Shipt. You can expect to pay about $5 more using Shipt than you would on a $35 order purchased in the store yourself, excluding delivery fees.

You’ll be prompted with the option to tip your shopper for their excellent service after your order has been delivered.
