Digital coupons

Digital coupons may be offered through all retailers on Shipt, which you can apply to your order with just one click. They are exclusive e-commerce savings that may not reflect in-store deals, and vice versa. A red box with dotted lines will display the coupon amount if an item is eligible for a coupon. This box will show in the cart as well.

Once the coupon is clipped, you will select Add to cart on the coupon pop-up. When a coupon's requirements are completely satisfied, it will show "-$__ applied at checkout." There will also be a "Coupons" line showing your coupon savings on the Checkout screen.

Store sales and sale prices

Shipt offers special in-app pricing to help members save money (while also saving time). Though our weekly deals don’t always reflect store shelf pricing, all Shipt sales are offered in one convenient place – our Savings category – for easy browsing.

Delivery fees help cover the costs of fulfilling your order and will vary based on membership status and order total. Shipt members enjoy $0 delivery fees on all orders over $35. For member orders under $35, there is a $7 delivery fee. One-time deliveries without a membership have a $10 delivery fee.

In areas where alcohol* delivery is available, a $7 delivery fee may be applied to alcohol orders from select retailers.

Members can place an order for same-day delivery at their convenience. Delivery windows are determined by shopper availability, and the next available window will be listed in the Shipt app when you create your order. Depending on your area and the retailer you select, you may see options for either a 1-, 2-, or 4-hour delivery window. Shoppers with Shipt are available whenever the store is open. For some stores, that means you can get delivery 24 hours a day!

We offer alcohol delivery in select cities from a variety of retailers. If you are in the coverage area for this service, beer, wine, and spirits may be available for delivery. A $7 delivery fee may be applied to alcohol orders from select retailers.

Please note that you must be 21 or older with a valid ID to place or receive an alcohol order. Due to state and federal regulations, our shoppers are legally required to confirm the recipient of an order with alcohol is 21 or older by reviewing a valid ID at delivery, regardless of the recipient's apparent age. The recipient must also sign for the delivery on the shopper's phone.
