- A blend of organically grown grapes from a variety of vineyards throughout California. Bonterra Rose blends organically grown grapes from a variety of vineyards throughout four distinct California appellations. The primary varietal in this vintage is Grenache, followed closely by Carignane, chosen to create a unique wine in perfect balance. Grapes are pressed immediately after harvest to maintain peak freshness. The juice is kept in contact with the grape skins for a very brief period, giving the wine its brilliant yet delicate pale pink hue. Each varietal is cold fermented separately. After aging in stainless steel tanks for two months, the final blend is assembled.
