Stovetop Directions: 1 Serving: 1 cup water; dash salt (optional); 1/4 cup Cream of Rice. 2 Servings: 2 cups water; 1/2 tsp salt (optional); 1/2 cup Cream of Rice. 4 Servings: 4 cups water; 3/4 tsp salt (optional); 1 cup Cream of Rice. 1. Bring water and salt to a boil. 2. Gradually add Cream of Rice, stirring constantly with wire whisk until well blended 3. Return to a boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer, uncovered, 30 seconds or until thickened, stirring constantly. 4. Remove from heat; cover. Let stand 1 minute. Stir well before serving. Microwave Directions (1 Serving): 1. Mix 1/4 cup Cream or Rice, 1 cup cold water and a dash of salt (optional) in 2-cup microwaveable bowl or measuring cup. 2. Microwave on high 1 minute.
