What are ERGs?
Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are employee-led groups, open to all team members, that offer personal and professional support and a safe space to be your authentic self.

S.A.U.C.E.
S.A.U.C.E.'s mission is to cultivate an inclusive AAPI and allies community committed to education and empowerment within and beyond Shipt.
Sankofa
Sankofa's mission is to connect, empower, and advocate for team members of Black/African descent and allies at Shipt through networking, professional development, and community outreach.
empoWered
empoWered's mission is to positively inspire a diverse network of empowered women and allies within the Shipt community.
Pride+
Pride+'s mission is to create a visible, affirming space for LGBTQIA+ employees and allies that leverages Shipt's platform to empower and uplift our voices, both within the workplace and community.

We support our ERG leaders by
- Providing a work allocation model that empowers ERG leadership to focus on their core professional responsibilities in conjunction with their ERG commitments
- Strategically positioning leads to push themselves in areas of personal and professional growth and development
- Aligning ERG responsibilities with Shipt’s end of year review process, so that team members' ERG leadership and contributions are recognized and considered in their annual performance and pay review
- Offering regular counsel, support, and advocacy from two Executive Sponsors

Every year, Shipt’s Employee Resource Group (ERG) leads come together for our Synergy Summit; an opportunity to set goals, spark connections, and share ideas for the year ahead.
