Cooking Together: Nana's Best Ever Mac N’ Cheese

For this special Juneteenth and Father’s Day Cooking Together, we’re in the kitchen with Kamau, Shipt CEO, to make homemade mac and cheese with him and his son, Grayson. Aside from learning how to make this cheesy goodness, we touch on the history of Juneteenth. What is Juneteenth? This holiday, celebrated annually on June 19th, commemorates the day of emancipation for the last enslaved people in the United States in 1865. Kamau and Grayson celebrate by honoring their ancestors, and enjoying fellowship with their community. Alongside celebrating Juneteenth, Kamau and Grayson honor their relationship for Father’s Day. Watch to learn more about these special holidays—and how to make this mac and cheese, of course.
