- In a bowl, mix together salted butter, rosemary, sage, thyme, garlic cloves, and lemon zest until fully combined.
Original Roasted Turkey
- Place turkey in baking pan and use hands to apply a generous layer of compound butter over turkey skin.
- Add chopped carrots, onions, fennel, potatoes and garlic to baking pan.
- In a large bowl, combine Stove Top Turkey Stuffing Mix with water and melted butter.
- Fill turkey with Stove Top Turkey Stuffing Mix and bake until internal temperature reaches 160°F.
- Remove from oven, carve the turkey and enjoy!

- Alternatively, open a beer can and carefully place turkey down over can.
- Once snugly fit, lay turkey on baking pan and grill until internal temperature reaches 160°F.
