Compound Butter Rub

  • 1 cup salted butter
  • 1 tbsp rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tbsp sage, chopped
  • 1 tbsp thyme, chopped
  • 5 garlic cloves, minced
  • Lemon zest 

Original Roasted Turkey

  • 1 turkey
  • Kraft Stove Top Turkey Stuffing Mix
  • Compound butter
  • Carrots, sliced
  • Potatoes, sliced
  • Garlic cloves
  • Fennel, sliced
  • Onions, sliced
  • 1 cup water 
  • 1/4 cup melted butter

Grilled Beer Can Turkey

  • 1 turkey
  • 1 beer
  • Compound butter

Brown Sugar Turkey

  • 1 turkey
  • Brown sugar
  • Compound butter

Deep-Fried Turkey Roast

  • 1 turkey
  • Compound butter


Compound Butter

  1. In a bowl, mix together salted butter, rosemary, sage, thyme, garlic cloves, and lemon zest until fully combined.

Original Roasted Turkey

  1. Place turkey in baking pan and use hands to apply a generous layer of compound butter over turkey skin. 
  2. Add chopped carrots, onions, fennel, potatoes and garlic to baking pan. 
  3. In a large bowl, combine Stove Top Turkey Stuffing Mix with water and melted butter. 
  4. Fill turkey with Stove Top Turkey Stuffing Mix and bake until internal temperature reaches 160°F. 
  5. Remove from oven, carve the turkey and enjoy! 

Grilled Beer Can Turkey

  1. Alternatively, open a beer can and carefully place turkey down over can. 
  2. Once snugly fit, lay turkey on baking pan and grill until internal temperature reaches 160°F. 
  3. After grilled, remove beer can, carve the turkey and enjoy! 

Brown Sugar Turkey

  1. Alternatively, rub brown sugar over the compound butter on the turkey. 
  2. Smoke turkey until internal temperature reaches 160°F. 
  3. Remove from smoker, garnish with herbs and bon appetit! 

Deep-Fried Turkey Roast

  1. Alternatively, in a deep frier, bring canola oil to a boil and slowly drop in turkey.
  2. Fry until internal temperature reaches 160°F. 
  3. Let rest for 30 minutes, place on your Thanksgiving table and enjoy!
