Ingredients

Mango Sunrise

  • 1 frozen banana, chopped
  • 1 frozen mango, chopped
  • 1/2 cup coconut water
  • 1 YQ Plain Yogurt
  • Coconut flakes
  • Chia seeds
  • Blueberries
  • Kiwi, diced
  • Strawberries, sliced
  • Granola

Good Morning Green Bowl

  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple, chopped
  • 1 frozen banana, chopped
  • 1/2 cup coconut water
  • 1 YQ Plain Yogurt
  • Kiwi, sliced
  • Strawberries, sliced
  • Chia seeds
  • Granola

Peanut Butter Chocolate Protein Bowl

  • 2 frozen bananas, chopped
  • 3 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 YQ Plain Yogurt
  • Granola
  • Banana, sliced
  • Strawberries, diced
  • Coconut flakes

Directions

Mango Sunrise

  1. In a blender, combine the banana, mango, coconut water and YQ Plain Yogurt, then pour into a clean bowl.
  2. At the top half of the smoothie bowl, create a semi-circle of coconut flakes around the rim of the bowl.
  3. Repeat shape with chia seeds, blueberries and kiwi, forming smaller semi-circles below the previous ingredient.
  4. Fan out the strawberry pieces to complete the half circle.
  5. Sprinkle a line of granola across the center of the smoothie bowl and enjoy!

Good Morning Green Bowl

  1. In a blender, combine the banana, pineapple, coconut water and YQ Plain Yogurt, then pour into a clean bowl.
  2. In the center of the smoothie bowl, layer the kiwi flat in a circle, then place slices of strawberry in the center of the circle to form the petals of a flower.
  3. Using a spoon, add chia seeds into the center of the fruit flower.
  4. Sprinkle granola around the outer edges of the smoothie bowl and enjoy!

Peanut Butter Chocolate Protein Bowl

  1. In a blender, combine the banana, peanut butter, cacao powder and YQ Plain Yogurt, then pour into a clean bowl.
  2. Sprinkle granola on half of the smoothie, then lay slices of bananas across the center of the bowl
  3. Next to the banana, sprinkle pieces of strawberry in a line, then fill the remaining space with coconut flakes until the bowl is completely covered.
  4. Top your bowl with melted peanut butter and enjoy!
